Senior IT Support Engineer
We are looking for a Level 2/3 Senior IT Support Engineer. The ideal candidate will:
- Have advanced networking skills (switches, routers, IP, DHCP, DNS, VPNs).
- Be proficient in client operating systems (Windows 7, 8, 10, 11) and server operating systems (SBS 2003, 2008, 2011, Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022).
- Know how to disinfect devices from viruses/malware and perform backups/restorations.
- Be skilled in troubleshooting system, application, and network issues.
- Understand cloud services (Office 365, Google Suite, Azure) and VoIP solutions.
Duties Include:
- Remote and on-site troubleshooting.
- Updating policies and procedures.
- Project management for IT tasks.
- Documenting procedures and resolving backup issues.
- Monitoring and updating ticket queues.
- Building and deploying workstations/servers.
- Migrating email to Office 365 and data to cloud storage.
- Participating in company marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Excellent attitude, team effort, and communication skills.
- Clean driving license and own car.
- Professional appearance and willingness to wear a uniform.
- Responsibility for tools and willingness to work extra hours when needed.
- Availability for weekend work for migrations.
- Eagerness to share and learn from others’ experiences.
